Question: What are your hours of operation?
Answer: Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Pacific Standard Time.

Question: Do you have reduced hours of operation for holidays?
Answer: On Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, we're open until noon. We're closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the following Friday), and Christmas Day. If a holiday lands on a weekend, we're closed the following business day. (For example, if Christmas is on Saturday, we're closed the next Monday.)

Question: Where are you located? And how do I get there?
Answer: Our offices are located near the corner of Procyon and Twain, two blocks north of the Rio Hotel and Casino. Our address is 3665 S. Procyon, Las Vegas, Nevada 89103. Procyon is one block east of Valley View and one block south of Spring Mountain Road. For directions call 702/252-0655.
